Goodmorning Beauties, sorry for the lack of posts in these days, but I'm really busy with my real work and I have some deadlines before Christmas…I will not make many gifts this year, just some toys for my kid & a couple of little thoughts for my best friends…I think I'll buy them covers as there are many smart ones on the market now, I'm in love with this shark one from Stella McCartney that is my favourite…Happy Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buondi' ragazzuole, scusate la penuria di post, ma tra delirio natalizio, recite, casa e ( quando rimane il tempo ) lavoro è un periodo un po' frenetico…quest'anno apprezzo molto che la crisi ha fatto si che ci siano tante idee regalo simpatiche e poco costose ( io mi sono sbizzarrita da Tiger che ha pensierini entro i cinque euro deliziosi ). Capitolo a parte meritano le cover, che non sono certamente a buon mercato, ma alcune sono frutto di menti superiori: io e mio figlio ci siamo innamorati di questa a squaletto di Stella McCartney, sicuramente estiva, ma troppo carina…Buon Lunedì!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Goodmorning Beauties, I'm super happy today as my hubby & kid are leaving for a "boys weekend" this means I'll be all alone for 48 luxurious hours where in order: 1) I'll read Vogue in the bathtub 2) I'll spend at least 12 hours on the sofa with both iPad & iPhone chatting & texting with my girlfriends 3) I'll probably eat sushi in bed while watching 6 years of Sex and the City, sounds good??????????

Buondì Ragazzuole, sono di ottimo umore oggi - nonostante il tempo a Roma non sia dei migliori - perché pregusto 48 ore di silenzio e puro relax, dato che marito e figlio partono per il weekend…il mio programma è così strutturato: 1) Leggere Vogue nella vasca 2) Passare almeno 12 ore sul divano con in una mano l'iphone e nell'altra l'ipad per whattsappare con l'intero globo 3) Mangiare sushi nel letto vedendo 6 anni di Sex and the City, che ve ne pare??????????

I'm not a Moschino fan, as I don't like the Barbie or McDonalds looks ( that are obviously smart marketing operations, but with not style at all ), but this time there is a lovely cover that caught my attention: it's a yellow rubber camera case for the i-phone with also the strap…isn't it lovely??????????? Non sono una grande fan di Moschino, trovo abbastanza da dementi i vari look McDonalds, Barbie e Spongebob ( sicuramente trovate geniali di marketing, ma di stile scusate ce n'è ben poco ndr ), ma stavolta hanno tirato fuori una cover per l'i-phone simpatica che mi ha fatto sorridere e che Vi giro volentieri…è in gomma gialla a forma di macchina fotografica ed ha perfino la tracolla…

FaLL iN PaRiS...

Back from Paris one year older & always in love with the city…I've spent four lovely days with a fabulous weather ( except a little rain on Sunday ) able to proudly wear - finally! - my Zara parka ( as in Rome it's still summer with 30° C that I can't stand anymore )…I didn't shop as you probably all expect, I just bought an i-phone cover & a black ultra light down from Uniqlo ( that we currently don't have in Rome ). Unfortunately no Chanel presents for my birthday as my husband is becoming extremely smart to avoid expensive shops in my company, but I'm in love with a Céline coat and seriously thinking about it as I could gather all the money from my relatives in this lifetime companion…Happy Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Torno da Parigi più' vecchia di un anno e sempre innamorata di questa meravigliosa città…con mio marito e mio figlio siamo stati benissimo, abbiamo macinato chilometri ed ho potuto finalmente sfoggiare fiera il mio parka di Zara visto che faceva anche fresco…il ritorno a Roma nei 30 gradi ( giuro che non scherzo ) è piuttosto inquietante, ma visto quello che è successo a Genova - ai cui abitanti va un pensiero speciale - non voglio lamentarmi troppo di questo meteo matto…quanto allo shopping - i miei occhi si sono goduti abiti e borse meravigliose - ma incredibilmente non ho comprato granché:  una cover molto carina per l'iphone nel Marais ed un piumino leggero nero di Uniqlo…il marito si è fatto furbo e si è tenuto alla larga da Chanel: "vai pure tu amoreeee, noi ci facciamo un girettooooo"…il regalo di compleanno non me lo sono ancora fatto, ma ho puntato un cappotto di Céline e penso che organizzerò una colletta strategica al riguardo…

It took me a couple of minutes to understand what these bags were…they're headphone jack plug to embellish i-phones…I was curious so googled "fashion jack plug" and discover hundreds of Chanel different bags, pearls, logo & also Cèline and Balenciaga ones…cheap & funny, so a great gift or treat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Certo in Cina si devono scervellare dalla mattina alla sera per pensare a stupidaggini da propinarci, ma questa è carina e poco esosa per cui condivido…basta googlare "fashion headphone jack plug" e ve ne escono di tutti i tipi: borsette Chanel ( come nella foto ), perle, doppie C, borse di Cèline e quant'altro da infilare nel foro della cuffia per abbellire il telefonino…Ps. Dopo le simpatiche cover con gli smalti Chanel ( qui ), eccone un'altra davvero simpatica ed ingegnosa che trasforma il Vostro i-Phone ( sia 4 che 5 ) in una straordinaria macchina fotografica dall'allure vintage...mirino e tasto sono veri e funzionanti, esclusivamente l'obiettivo è finto, ci sono persino degli accessori come il treppiedi ed una adorabile custodia in pelle con tracolla...si chiama ICA e, logicamente, è un'invenzione giapponese ( il Brand si chiama Gizmon )...Avrete probabilmente capito che conigli, orsi e oche non fanno per me, ma ho ugualmente un debole per custodie particolari e buone idee...se Vi ho incuriosito le trovate qui...Buon Lunedì!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not so inspired this week, I know, BUT this time these are NOT nail polishes, just iPhone cool covers!!!!!!!!!! LOVE these stuff...found them browsing on Instagram last week ( the only Social I visit quite often...I'm tired of Facebook & don't love Twitter so much ) then discovered there are many for sale on Etsy...price is ok around $10 & I've seen they make it also for the Samsung Galaxy...I didn't buy it yet, but I will & probably go for Dragon or Coromandel ( both reds, my favorite shades at the moment... ) Have a great day!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sono un po' monotona in questi giorni, lo riconosco, pero' stavolta non sono smalti, ma cover per l'iPhone ( esiste anche la versione per il Samsung )...le ho scovate la settimana scorsa su Instagram ( unico Social che mi piace, sono un po' stufa di Facebook e Twitter non mi ha stregato, ma su Instagram ci passo sempre volentieri ) e sono impazzita...si comprano su Etsy e costano sui 10 euro, unico neo la spedizione con tempi un po' lunghi ( indovinate da dove vengono?????? Inizia con la C e finisce con la A quattro lettere...hehehe ) pero' mi piace troppo e penso procedero' con il Dragon o il Coromandel...Buona Giornata!!!!!!!!!!!

It's incredibly hot here in Rome ( 40 C°... ) & maybe for the first time in my life I'm happy to spend hours in my office ( freezing in air conditioning, hehehe )...but in my mind I'm already on vacation & this will be my look...a Missoni kaftan, Karen Walker sunglasses, i-Phone in a super chic Céline cover ( a gift from a looooovely friend... ) & a Fedora...I just miss a hammock under a palm tree,

 a copy of Vogue & a month ( more or less )!!!!!!!!

Another year is gone...and really time flies...this has been an incredible year and I'm very happy I found the time to start this blog adventure...if I think about what happened in this 2011, my thoughts go to Mr. Steve Jobs ( what an incredible loss ) that has changed my life making me blogging ( and this is really unbelievable as I was totally unable ) from my iMac, iPhone and iPad....

Un'altro anno e' andato...e davvero il tempo vola...questo è stato un anno speciale x me e sono contentissima di aver trovato il tempo x aprire questo blog...se penso agli eventi importanti di questo 2011, i miei pensieri vanno di conseguenza a Steve Jobs, che se n'è andato quest'anno, e che mi ha cambiato la vita e fatto diventare blogger ( cosa impensabile xchè col pc ero negata e non sapevo neanche fare copia incolla ) grazie ai suoi iMac, iPhone e iPad....

Ahhhhh...ho cercato questa cover (di qualsiasi colore) x un sacco di tempo, ma era sempre sold out e in più avendo il vecchio 3gs e non l'i-phone 4 non si trovano più cover carine...il fatto che l'ho trovata e per giunta nel giallo rockandfrock e' un segno!!! La consiglio vivamente si trova anche al buio!!!

I love Photoshop.

I don't have Photoshop on my laptop, but I have the App Ps Express on my i-Phone and i-Pad, and I ADORE the sketch effect that transforms a normal photo in a special one....

Non so usare Photoshop, ma è da un po' che ho scaricato l'app Ps express prima sull' i-Phone e poi sull' i-Pad, e ADORO l'effetto sketch che con un dito ( e in un nanosecondo... ) trasforma una foto banale in una da copertina...
