BRoNDe MaNia!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in love with this new hair trend called "Bronze", a mix of brown & blonde, that is more chic and natural than the shatush…I'm really curious and I'd love to try it, but I'm afraid at the same time that my hairdresser doesn't understand it…also if I show photos of a cut or of a color, I'm always not sure he got it…

Sono affascinata da questo nuova tecnica di colorazione chiamata "Bronde", un mix tra brown e blonde, che differisce dallo shatush perché super-naturale e più raffinato…il colore della radice è il castano declinato in belle nuances calde, mentre la lunghezza è un bel biondo dorato che illumina il viso…sarei curiosa di provarlo, perché se viene davvero così è stupendo…se riesco a farmi capire dal mio parrucchiere proverò…Buon Lunedì!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KNiT-KNoT.

I'm quite busy with my real work this week, so just a quick post to say hi & that I embraced and I'm enjoying the "knit-knot" trend as in Rome it's not very cold…Don't know what is it? It's simply a way to wear the knit as a knot - tied around the neck - instead of a scarf...I looove it, it updates a normal outfit in a second, giving it personality and it works also on jackets or coats…Happy Thursday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Questa settimana sono leggermente incasinata e non ho il tempo che vorrei da dedicare al Blog…quindi giusto un salutino veloce per dirVi che, visto che a Roma ancora non fa freddissimo, ho abbracciato anche io il trend del knit-knot, ossia portare un golf legato al collo al posto della sciarpa, che è un'alternativa simpatica e nuova per dare un po' di brio a qualsiasi outfit anche banale…qui nella foto Camille lo porta sulla t-shirt, ma in realtà funziona ancora meglio su giacche e cappotti…Buona Giornata!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CuFF 'eM uP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My favorite thing ever is to play with my clothes & before I dismiss an item I try everything: I shorten, lengthen, enlarge, restrict so I have a lot to do ( and my seamstress is becoming a multimillionaire, hehehe, you should see the smile on her face every time I enter with a huge bag… ) however it usually works and in this way I wear again & reinvent proudly an old garment…at the moment I have quite an obsession and I flip the hem up of all my jeans and cargo pants for a fresh new look…Happy Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

La cosa che mi diverte di più in assoluto è giocare con i miei vestiti e, soprattutto, cercare di sfruttare tutto quello che ho nell'armadio per cui, prima di eliminare una cosa che non metto, io le provo tutte: accorcio, allungo, restringo, allargo, arrotolo dalla vita, cambio bottoni insomma ho un bel da fare ( la mia sarta è milionaria, dovete vedere che sorrisone fa quando io entro con il mio bustone ndr )…al momento soprattutto risvolto tutto quello che mi capita a tiro, principalmente jeans, ma anche pantaloni sportivi tipo cargo…il risparmio sotto la voce orli è consistente e l'effetto finale fresco e casual…Buona Giornata!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ALL YoU NeeD iS FaNTaSY...

Sometimes it's really easy to update what you have in your closet, without necessarily buying new clothes: add a veil on your beanie, a polka-dot sock on a black pump, tied a belt on your jacket or coat, wear your cardigan backwards!!!!!!!! A volte basta davvero poco per attualizzare quello che si ha nell'armadio, un po' di fantasia et voilà: aggiungere una veletta sul cappello, un calzino bizzarro magari a pois ( pardon, ma Ve l'avevo detto che stavo in fissa coi pois ndr ), una cinta su una giacca od un cappotto, indossare il cardigan al contrario ed il gioco è fatto, non serve l'armadio di Olivia Palermo Vi assicuro…Buona Giornata!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WeAR CaRdiGAN BaCkwARdS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You'll probably think I'm totally crazy, but there's a interesting new way of wearing clothes that is becoming my obsession...after bags as clutches ( here ) & coat over the shoulders ( here ), I'm in love with wearing cardigans backwards!!!!!!!!!!!! You should try both V neck ( as shown in pic ) or crew-neck ( in this case it's better to unbutton the upper buttons ) and in a second you'll have a new and unconventional top in your closet...Happy Weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So già che mi prenderete per matta, ma c'è un nuovo modo di reinventare un cardigan banale che mi sconfifera a tal punto da dedicargli un post...stavolta è semplice e neanche scomodo: in pratica dovete solo infilarlo al contrario...se a V - come nella foto - Vi regalerà una scollatura meravigliosa sulla schiena, se girocollo dovrete solo slacciare i bottoni piu' in alto ed avrete una maglia nuova e non convenzionale!!!!!!!!!! The second trend that is hitting the Streets all over the world, is a new way to wear your jacket or coat...no more sleeves - too trivial please! - just slung it over your shoulders & rock it!!!!!!!!!!! It's a superfeminine way to reinvent a coat buried in your closet & perfect for mild temperatures in Spring...I know, I know, I know both yesterday & today I'm not giving you practical tips, but give them a try in a day you want to leave everyone speechless!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Inizio da una domanda, come vi mettete la giacca??????? Se infilate banalmente le maniche, sappiate che siete OUT, ormai giacche e cappotti si poggiano sulle spalle!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ecco il secondo trend che impazza e mi stuzzica molto...Mi rendo conto che tra ieri e oggi non Vi ho dato dritte comodissime, hehehe, ma considerate che non ci dovete andare al supermercato...parliamo di modi nuovi di attualizzare una giacca o una borsa che avete nell'armadio da chissa' quanto...a parte gli scherzi la trovata della borsa a mo' di clutch è davvero simpatica, anche se ammetto non praticissima, la giacca sulle spalle è  invece stilosissima, provatela davanti allo specchio e sono sicura che non l'abbandonerete piu'...tra l'altro è adattissima al clima primaverile, che speriamo sia in arrivo...dopo il jump un po' di ispirazioni, se volete cimentarVi...iniziate con una prova, magari Sabato sera ( se non si gela... ) e poi ditemi com'e' andata...spero Lunedi' di essere pronta a svelarVi il mio progetto...Buon Weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BiG BaG aS CLuTCh...

There are two new ways to wear clothes - borrowed from the latest Fall Catwalks & immediately interpreted in the streets - that I DO like and that I'm sure I'll try soon...the first: wear bags as clutches...I first saw it @Marni Fashion Show ( above ) & loved it at first sight!!!!!!!!!!!! It works with big supersoft bags, but also with Chanel classic flap bags...For the second one, you should wait until tomorrow...

Ci sono due nuove tendenze - notate sulle passerelle ed in strada - che mi sconfiferano parecchio e che mettero' in pratica...la prima - sfornata da Marni ( sopra ) e subito scopiazzata a destra e a manca - è portare la borsa a mo' di clutch...non fatevi scrupoli, piu' è grande e meglio è, riesce bene con grandi borse morbide ( e semivuote - ndr - altrimenti il gioco si fa duro... ), ma funziona anche con Chanel sapientemente portate sotto al braccio con la catena che dondola come accessorio...per la seconda dovete aspettare domani ( questa settimana sono in vena di suspence, hehehe... ) Buona Giornata!!!!!!!!!!!!!
