While I'm writing this post, Chanel "Métiers d'Arts" defilè in Salzburg is taking place…the theme for this Pre-Fall 2015 Collection was unveiled few days ago with a short-film directed by Karl Lagerfeld with Cara Delevingne & Pharrel Williams in the role of Sissi & Franz Joseph, so this season a Tyrolean mood…

Un'improbabile accoppiata Cara Delevingne e Pharrel Williams calati nei panni di Sissi e Francesco Giuseppe svelavano il tema della sfilata Métiers d'Arts Chanel Salzburg ( in pratica la pre-fall 2015 ndr ) in onda da Salisburgo mentre scrivo…quindi tema Tirolo ed un infaticabile Karl versione alpino hehehe, nel frattempo Romy Schneider - poveretta - si sarà rivoltata nella tomba…

Just two lines to comment - probably - the biggest Chanel show ever…Karl is really an old fox & he always manages to amaze me more each time...this time the shopping mall had a huge impact and the tremendous effort to put on such a show was rewarded by an incredible success…I didn't notice the clothes, but maybe it's just me…Happy Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avrete visto tutte le immagini del grandioso supermercato Chanel - ultima trovata di quella vecchia volpe di Karl - l'impatto mediatico è stato immane ( come lo sforzo di creare il packaging in chiave Chanel, io ho trovato geniale Jambon Cambon ndr ) un successo meritatissimo anche se i vestiti hanno avuto poco spazio ( io proprio non li ho guardati stavolta )…Buon Lunedì!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

During the Christmas Holidays I'll leave for a week for the mountain, no deluxe destinations for me, but I would have looooved going to Courchevel where Chanel opened a pop-up store last week covering even the cableways with Mademoiselle Coco's profile to celebrate the launch ( isn't it a wonderful idea????? No way, they are marketing geniuses I'm speechless… ) Then, always talking about Chanel, yesterday had place the pharaonic Paris-Dallas Pre-Collection Show in Texas, I didn't have time to look at the clothes, but I hope to post about it in the next days…

Dopo Natale andrò una settimana in montagna, nessuna meta deluxe, ma una tranquillissima vacanza familiare in un paesino del Tirolo…a dir la verità non salto di gioia, perché non amo particolarmente la montagna, ma marito e figlio ne vanno matti e va bene così…a proposito di Chanel, meta sciistica TOP di quest'anno è Courchevel ( altro che Tirolo ndr ) dove la Maison ha aperto un pop-up store invernale, rivestendo per l'occasione la funivia con immagini di Mademoiselle Coco ( che chiccheria!!!! ) Poi ieri c'è stata anche l'ambitissima sfilata di PreCollezione Paris-Dallas, non ho avuto un attimo per guardarmi con calma le foto dei vestiti, ma è stato il solito Show sensazionale di Monsieur Karl…Buona Giornata!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I admit I've a special connection with Fendi, maybe it's for the yellow, but it's always the Campaign I prefer...this time, Kati Nescher & Saskia De Brauw were shot by Mr. Lagerfeld, with the hottest looks & accessories from the SS2013 catwalk...I definetely prefer huge and structured bag like the peekaboo, but this yellow baguette is just adorable...and with the shoes - I've previously posted about here - it was love at first sight...have a lovely weekend honeys!!!!!!!!!!

Ammetto che con Fendi c'e' un feeling particolare per via del giallo ( che stavolta non ho aggiunto io... ) comunque è, da sempre, una delle Campagne che preferisco...stavolta, sotto l'obiettivo del geniale Lagerfeld, ci sono Kati Nescher & Saskia de Brauw a presentare look e accessori vincenti per la prossima estate...ed anche se sono un amante di borse strutturate e grandi ( tipo PeekaBoo ), questa Baguette gialla mi ha strappato un sorriso...con le scarpe - che Vi avevo già mostrato qui - è ufficialmente amore e potrei anche fare una pazzia ( marito non leggere )...Buon Weekend!!!!!!!!!!

ALL i WaNT FoR CHRiSTMaS iS ShU...

Visionary Karl Lagerfeld has teamed up with japanese make-up guru Shu Uemura to create an Holiday Collection out in these days...it's curious to note that all started because Mr. Lagerfeld uses only Uemura's eyeshadows to colour his sketches...the packaging with this doll is really cute ( I just add a touch of yellow, forgive me, but I can't resist ) & the Collection includes a full range of products from lipsticks to nail polishes, eyeshadows, fake eyelashes & cool accessories...Happy Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!

Il visionario Karl Lagerfeld una ne pensa e cento ne fa...questa volta ha collaborato con un altro genio, Shu Uemura, guru giapponese del Make-up, per la realizzazione della omonima linea Holiday Collection uscita in questi giorni...Lagerfeld ha pensato a tutto, dalla scelta dei colori, al packaging, fino alla campagna visual con questa simpatica bambolina...ovviamente un po' di giallo l'ho aggiunto io, ci sono tantissimi ombretti in tutti i colori, rossetti, smalti, ciglia finte ed accessori vari tipo pinzette e piegaciglia, persino una valigetta professionale...curioso sapere che la Collaborazione nasce perchè Lagerfeld usa esclusivamente ombretti Shu Uemura per colorare i suoi schizzi...Buona Giornata!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parisian Fashion House Chloé is celebrating in these days Sixty Years of Style with a wonderful exhibition, at Le Palais de Tokyo in Paris, called "Chloé. Attitudes" that features pieces, archive photos & never before published drawings from all the Maison's Designers in these years: starting from Gaby Aghion ( the label's visionary founder ), to Karl Lagerfeld ( the pic above is one of his sketches for SS 1983 ), Martine Sitbon, Stella McCartney, Phoebe Philo, Hannah McGibbon & the current Creative Director Claire Waight Keller...Have a lovely day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quest'anno la Maison Chloé festeggia il Suo Sessantesimo Anniversario con una Mostra Evento al Palais de Tokyo di Parigi: "Chloé. Attitudes"( in programma fino al 19 novembre ) che ripercorre attraverso foto, capi d'archivio, sketch inediti ( quello sopra e' di Karl Lagerfeld per la Collezione Primavera-Estate 1983 - ndr ) la Storia del Brand, ricordando tutti i Designers che si sono succeduti alla Guida Creativa: dalla fondatrice Gaby Aghion, che ha avuto l'intuizione geniale di un pret-à-porter deluxe, ad un giovane Karl Lagerfeld, fino a Stella McCartney, Phoebe Philo e all'attuale Claire Waight Keller...questa non ho fatto in tempo a vederla, ma davvero mi sarebbe piaciuta...Buona Giornata!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As always the Fendi Campaign is one of the best... ( do you remember their Fab Resort Ad??????? if not here it is ) Shooted in Tuscany by Karl Lagerfeld model Joan Smalls  ( she's really incredible & she reminds me to Yasmeen Ghauri, one of the '80s supermodels who hit the runways for many years, do you remember her??????? ) shows the best from the Collection including these incredible tricolor boots & my beloved yellow fur ( previously posted about it here & still dreaming about it... )

Una delle cose che mi piace di più' IN ASSOLUTO è sbirciare tutte le Campagne pubblicitarie delle nuove Collezioni...come al solito una delle mie preferite è quella Fendi...ero impazzita per quella Resort, in total mood giallo ( eccola qui se non la ricordate ) e confermo il mio trasporto totale anche per questa in cui l'obiettivo del geniale Lagerfeld ha ritratto Joan Smalls ( donna davvero elegante, mi ricorda tanto Yasmeen Ghauri una delle supermodel più chic mai esistite sulla faccia della terra, amatissima da Ferre', ve la ricordate??????? ) nel Chianti, con i pezzi migliori della Collezione ( i Boots tricolori quassù' mi stanno già chiamando... ) tra cui la mia amata pelliccetta di cui avevo già parlato qui  ( a proposito: alla fine è capra o non capra??????? all'epoca non ne eravamo venute a capo... )
