Superbusy week, sorry for the lack of posts…however if you did not understand well how much I love sunglasses ( it is quite an obsession I think… ) here another gorgeous pair for further strenghthening the concept…these beauties are from Stella McCartney's SS14 Catwalk & are definitely stunning on Joan Smalls…we just have to wait & then see how they will look on us "ordinary mortals"…

My huge passion for sunglasses is well known and, after the fabulous Balenciaga I've previously posted about it here, I'm pleased to post another new amazing shades from Céline for next Spring…they're called "Radical" & the lenses are made in glass ( not plastic as the others ) I love the color that is very delicate…for those of you who prefer the classic "Audrey" or the "Original" both from Céline, there are two gorgeous pairs in my Shop here...Happy Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

La mia passione per gli occhiali da sole è ben nota e, dopo i favolosi occhiali Balenciaga di cui Vi avevo parlato qui , ecco un altro paio per la prossima Primavera che mi fa battere il cuore…è il nuovo modello di Céline ( e ti pareva… ) si chiama "Radical" ed ha la particolarità di avere le lenti in vetro dritte, non curvate come hanno tutti gli occhiali…ovviamente li ho già provati e Vi dirò che stanno pure benissimo…per chi preferisce i modelli storici di Céline ossia gli "Audrey" e gli "Original" ce ne sono due paia pazzeschi nel mio Shop ( qui ).

I've noticed immediately Salma Hayek sunglasses at the Balenciaga Show last week in Paris...I did my research and find out that they're the new sunglasses post Ghesquière...after the retro' shapes, finally a gritty glasses a la Wang!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mi hanno colpita subito gli occhiali da sole di Salma Hayek alla sfilata Balenciaga, tempo di indagare ed ecco che, come immaginavo, era una succosa anteprima dei nuovi occhiali della Maison post Ghesquière ( mi sembra giusto dopotutto è la moglie del proprietario ndr )...dopo le forme retro' delle passate stagioni, ora un occhiale piu' grintoso in perfetto stile Wang...non ho trovato altre foto, ma c'è un bel video di presentazione ( dove si vedono meglio ) dopo il jump...Buon Martedì!!!!!!!!!!!!

I simply adore sunglasses, you'll probably remember, is one of my favourite accessories & I love to change them frequently...my ultimate ( summer ) passion are the mirrored sunglasses...I tried to resist for a while, as I have memories from high school ( more or less 25 years ago ) where they were too popular and not so elegant, but at the end I gave up and indulge in these lovely mirrored folding wayfarer in a matte grey/black & baby blue lenses...is too funny you can fold and put them in a pocket...Happy Thursday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Per gli occhiali da sole, probabilmente lo ricordate, ho una passione smodata ed è un accessorio che mi piace cambiare spesso...ultima mio amore: gli occhiali specchiati...ci ho messo un po' - lo confesso - perché non sono proprio il massimo della raffinatezza e sono probabilmente rimasta traumatizzata al liceo dove abbondavano, pero' alla fine ho ceduto...in principio ero tentata dagli Spektre, li ho provati e riprovati, ma non ero convinta, poi sono usciti i wayfarer ( un mio antico amore ) nella versione folding ed è stato un colpo di fulmine...sono divertenti e non visti, di un grigio-nero matte con le lenti specchiate celeste cielo...poi vuoi mettere la comodità di piegarli ed infilarli in tasca????????? Buona Giornata!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure you all know sunglasses Designer Thierry Lasry, loved by many celebrities, famous for his Cat-Eye models...This guy ( he's the one on the left above ) is really talented and now I'm talking about him as he dedicated a printed limited edition to the fabulous Miroslava Duma...these sunglasses are really adorable & you'll find out more after the jump, unfortunately they're very expensive ( 350 euro ), but if you'll love them however ( hurry up because they only made 274 pieces... ) you'll find them exclusively  @Colette ( here ) Have a Great Weekend!!!!!!!!!

Sicuramente conoscerete gli occhiali di Thierry Lasry, amatissimi dalle dive d'oltreoceano, un po' meno noti qui da noi...il ragazzo ( è quello a sinistra ) è molto bravo ( anche belloccio, direi, a parte gli anelli...ndr ) ed i suoi occhiali dalla forma cat-eye sono molto donanti...oggi Ve ne parlo perchè e' appena uscita una edizione limitata - che a me piace moltissimo - dedicata a Miroslava Duma che trovate dopo il jump...se impazzite sappiate - però - che costicchiano ( 350 euro ), se questo non Vi ferma affrettatevi ( perchè ne hanno fatti solo 274... ) li trovate - in esclusiva - da Colette ( qui )...Buon Weekend!!!!!!!!!!

For the Aviator's 75th birthday, Ray-Ban has launched a capsule-Collection called "Ambermatic" that features two redesigns of the Aviator: the Shooter & the Outdoorsman, with photo-cromatic YELLOW lenses, which become darker as the light brightens...Ray-Ban has only produced 18.000 pairs worldwide, they're already on sale ( $ 210,00 ) on their website...hehehe, I really can't miss these RockandFrock's sunglasses...Have a Great Day!!!!!!!!!!!

Sono ben 75 anni che gli occhiali Ray-Ban "Aviator" spopolano in tutto il mondo, senza conoscere crisi e avendo la grande peculiarità di stare bene praticamente a tutti...per celebrarne l'Anniversario è uscita questa Capsule che si chiama "Ambermatic" ed ha la particolarità di avere lenti fotocromatiche ( ossia che scuriscono appena la luce diventa più intensa - ndr) giallo RockandFrock!!!!!!!! Potevo non parlarne??????? Ovviamente no, hehehe...da noi usciranno la prossima estate, on-line invece si trovano già sul sito Ray-Ban a $ 210,00...

I'm literally obsessed by these Céline NEW Audrey sunglasses...I've been looking for them in every Céline stores in Paris, but they were sold out everywhere...If you're wondering which is the difference with the regular Audrey, they're more squared ( they're half Audrey & half Original to be honest )...So now the hunt is officially open!!!!!!!!!!!! Ossessionata. Sono letteralmente ossessionnata da questi occhiali...Sono i nuovi Audrey di Céline e sono introvabili...la differenza con i precedenti è che sono piu' squadrati...sono a metà strada tra gli Audrey e gli Original...Ho girato tutti i Céline di Parigi e qualsiasi ottico mi capitava a tiro, ma niente di questi Audrey neanche l'ombra...sono un tipetto piuttosto perseverante, per cui la caccia è ufficialmente aperta!!!!!!!!!!! I've discovered, thanks to Grazia.it, a gorgeous brand of eyeglasses & sunglasses named Moo Eyewear, from a smart thai designer Moo Piyasombatkul, graduated @Central Saint Martins in London in jewelry design... her debut Collection "Baroque Eyes" is unbelievable, she used porcelain to decor steel frames... also Lady Gaga is one of her fans, and for the first time in my life I'd like to be shortsighted!!!!!!

Ho scoperto, come al solito su Grazia.it, un incredibile brand di occhiali da vista e da sole, Moo Eyewear, creato da una geniale ragazza thailandese, Moo Piyasombatkul, che ha studiato jewelry design al Central Saint Martins di Londra (evidente fabbrica di geni, xchè i grandi escono tutti da la'...ndr) ed usa riccioli di porcellana per decorare montature di acciaio semplicissime...il risultato è incredibile, Lady Gaga e' già stata paparazzata con un paio ed il Brand comincia ad avere la visibilità che merita...per la prima volta in vita mia vorrei essere miope come una talpa ed inforcarne un paio!!!!!!!!

Sunglasses. What's your favourite ever?

I loooove sunglasses, it should be a post-modern contagious disease, but it is my favourite accessory ever...Unfortunately, not every single shape I like, fits well on my face...So for example, I adore Ray-Ban Wayfarer on others, but not at all on me...I've completely fallen in love with Céline Audrey's, last year, but they're too big for me so I went for smaller Celine Original...at the end I found out that the best style on me is the vintage and never go out without my beloved black Cutler and Gross I bought in London years ago...so yesterday, while browsing on web magazines searching for inspiration, I found this cool pic on MarieClaire.it cannot avoid to post it and ask you what's your favourite ever???? xoxoxoxo

Adoooro gli occhiali da sole, deve essere una sindrome post-moderna contagiosissima, ma è in assoluto l'accessorio che preferisco...purtroppo non tutti i modelli di cui m'innamoro poi mi stanno bene...per esempio adoro i Wayfarer sulle altre, ma non fanno proprio x me...sono in fissa con gli Audrey di Céline dall'anno scorso, ma sono troppo grandi x il mio viso ed ho dovuto ripiegare sugli Original, sempre di Celine, più proporzionati ed adatti...alla fine la forma che comunque mi sta meglio e' l'occhialone vintage e ormai non esco più senza i miei amatissimi Cutler and Gross neri, comprati a Londra secoli fa...x cui quando ieri, girovagando nel web in cerca di ispirazione, ho trovato questa foto magnifica su MarieClaire.it, non ho resistito dal postarla x chiederVi qual'e' il Vostro occhiale del cuore???? xoxoxoxo
